Job description
TSMC Arizona is seeking a dedicated Principal Tax Manager to lead tax strategy and compliance for our Fab 21 operations in Phoenix. You will guide tax planning, ensure ASC 740 research, and coordinate with finance, legal, and external advisers.
This on-site role requires a strong track record in Big 4 and public company taxes, proficiency with tax provisions, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining integrity and accuracy. CPA preferred; travel light.
