Role:
Principal Visual Inspection Engineer leading automated visual inspection processes within Regeneron's Fill/Finish manufacturing. Objectives include developing and optimizing vision system recipes, supporting equipment qualification, and ensuring validation and continuous improvement of inspection operations.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities encompass equipment selection, process development, tech transfer, validation support, and cross-functional policy implementation.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years for Principal level, 10+ years for Staff; expertise in pharmaceutical automated visual inspection and camera tuning.

High-Value: focus on automated visual inspection technology, validation, cGMP compliance, and process optimization in biologics manufacturing; international and domestic travel (~10%).
WorkSetup:
onsite in Rensselaer, NY, with regular hours and travel.
