Works with Eng Mgr.& Architect at high level.
Must be abletounderstand and collaborate at high level to execute
Location: Andover,MA(north of Boston)
Must be onsite 2-3days per week to collaborate with manager and architect
Duration: Oneyear.Right to hire if the employee performs well.
Duties in Short:
Frontend TechnicalLead to guide the architecture, development, and delivery of modern webapplications and digital platforms.
The role combineshands-on engineering with technical leadership to deliver secure, scalable,accessible, and high-performing user experiences.
The successfulcandidate will provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaboratewith Product Owners, UX teams, architects, backend engineers, and DevOps teamsacross our global organization.
Sr React Developerthat can stand alone with no support and take direction from senior engineerand senior architect and intimately know how to accomplish the needed work.
The role is tiedto a new platform and installing a portal for internal engagement and use bythe company business units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead frontendarchitecture and development using ReactJS and TypeScript.
Define engineeringstandards, reusable patterns, code quality practices, and technical guardrails.
Partner with UXdesigners to deliver intuitive, responsive, and accessible experiences usingFigma and shared design systems.
Integrateapplications with REST and GraphQL APIs, including Node.js backend-for-frontendservices where appropriate.
Drive CI/CD,automated testing, observability, performance, security, and productionreliability.
Resolve complextechnical issues and proactively manage technical debt.
Mentor engineersthrough technical coaching, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
Collaborate withglobal product, architecture, platform, and business teams to deliverenterprise digital solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practicalexperience.
8+ years ofsoftware development experience, including experience as a Technical Lead orsenior technical contributor.
Advanced expertisein ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, component architecture, andstate management.
Experiencedelivering enterprise-scale web applications with strong knowledge ofperformance, scalability, accessibility, and secure development.
Experienceintegrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs; working knowledge of Node.js ispreferred.
Hands-onexperience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
Ability toinfluence technical decisions, communicate clearly, and lead across teams in anAgile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience withNext.js, micro-frontends, monorepos, design systems, or reusable componentlibraries.
Experience withAzure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Strong productmindset and ability to balance user experience, technical quality, businessvalue, and delivery speed.
