We are seeking an experienced Print Production Manager to oversee daily digital printing operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment. This individual will lead department employees, manage production schedules, troubleshoot equipment and workflow issues, and ensure jobs meet quality standards and customer deadlines.
Requirements of the Print Production Manager
10+ years of experience in printing required
Previous supervisory or management experience in a printing or production environment
Strong knowledge of digital printing equipment, capabilities, and production workflows
Associate degree or coursework in Graphic Arts preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience with production management systems and software
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and employee leadership skills
Responsibilities of the Print Production Manager
Oversee daily digital printing operations, ensuring quality, productivity, and on-time completion
Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to department employees
Organize workflow, prioritize jobs, and adjust production schedules to meet changing deadlines
Monitor job orders and production progress to ensure customer requirements are met
Troubleshoot equipment and production issues and recommend improvements
Maintain quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety requirements
Understand equipment capabilities and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
Lead daily production meetings and communicate priorities and updates with management
Review production paperwork, employee hours, and departmental reports
Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Full-Time, DIRECT HIRE
Pay is $85,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience
