Job description
Flexographic Printing and ConvertingSet up, troubleshoot, and maintain flexographic printing, bag converting, sheeting, and laminating machinery to produce paper packaging.All new machinery. Clean work environment. Air conditioning.Second shift hours – Monday – Friday.Requires experience in setting up and troubleshooting converting/printing machinery.Experience required with large rolls of paper or plastic.Knowledge and use of various hand tools assigned including tape measure, screwdriver, wrenches, etc.Good verbal and written skills required.Basic Math required.Maintain a safe working environment on production lines.Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.Set up and troubleshoot flexographic printing and converting machinery.Monitor and keep machine supplied with paper, glue, and ink.Inspect product to ensure materials, size, print, quantities.Keep the work area clean.Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE.Fast-paced production floor with exposure to machinery noise.Must complete ongoing training as required.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basisClean work environmentPTO after 90 daysMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceCompany paid short term and LTDCompany paid life insuranceVoluntary life insurance401k with matchInteplast Group is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
