Pay Range: $22.17/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-speed inserter machines, ensuring efficient loading, clearing jams, and unloading of inserted pieces.
Maintain and troubleshoot printing and scanning equipment, maximizing performance and minimizing downtime.
Organize and manage warehouse operations, including inventory management and quality control.
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, meeting established performance standards.
Collaborate with team members to uphold a clean and organized working environment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance while interacting with clients.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
3+ years of experience in printing and warehouse operations.
Strong familiarity with printing, scanning, and insert machines.
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift in a warehouse environment.
Basic PC skills for equipment operation and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a roll-fed printing environment.
Technical aptitude for complex printing equipment setup and operation.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
