Plater / Computer Operator – Paper ProductsLocation: East Longmeadow, MAPay: $20.00/hourSchedule: 3 days per weekShifts: 5:00 PM–5:00 AMSchedule Flexibility: Flexibility to work day or night shifts preferredJob SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and computer-savvy Plater / Computer Operator to join our paper products manufacturing team in East Longmeadow, MA. This position combines hands-on production work with computer-based tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, pays close attention to detail, and has strong basic computer skills.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor plating/coating equipment according to established proceduresSet up and adjust equipment as needed during productionMonitor product quality and ensure materials meet production specificationsEnter and update production information using computer systemsRecord production quantities, materials, and other required information accuratelyMonitor computer screens and production data throughout the shiftPerform basic troubleshooting and notify supervisors of equipment or quality issuesInspect finished products for quality and consistencyMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and production guidelinesAssist with other manufacturing duties as neededQualificationsStrong basic computer skills and ability to learn new softwareComfortable entering and reviewing data accuratelyGood attention to detail and ability to follow written instructionsManufacturing, production, machine operation, or plating experience is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periodsAbility to work 12-hour shiftsFlexible availability for either day or overnight shiftsWhat We Offer$20.00/hour3-day work scheduleFlexible day or overnight shift optionsHands-on manufacturing experienceOpportunity for long-term employment
