Job description
Rewinder OperatorCL&D Graphics is seeking a Rewinder Operator to join our 24/7 flexographic printing operation. This position supports night shift production and plays a key role in ensuring high-quality finished labels that meet customer specifications. We offer consistent scheduling with no rotating shifts and provide training for motivated individuals who want to build their manufacturing skills in a team-oriented environment. Shift Wednesday - Friday Nights every other Saturday 5pm - 5am.Job ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate rewind machines to produce finished label rollsInspect printed products and remove defective labels from press rollsPerform rewind and inspection work according to quality standardsVerify finished products meet customer specifications and quality criteriaPackage finished products based on required packaging standardsPerform quality checks and job verification at the press as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and production guidelinesComplete additional tasks as assignedDoes this sound like you?High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior experience is not required; training is providedAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 poundsAbility to differentiate colors accuratelyBasic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionAbility to read a ruler to 1/32 of an inchStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWhat's in it for you?There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
