Job description
LHH is assisting a leading AmLaw firm in its search for a Privacy & Technology Associate to join a sophisticated privacy and technology practice.
This is a counseling-focused opportunity for an attorney who wants to advise clients at the intersection of privacy, artificial intelligence, consumer data, products, and emerging technology . The associate will help clients navigate the practical legal issues involved in developing, deploying, and commercializing new technologies.
This role is focused on the advisory and counseling side of the practice , rather than privacy class actions or BIPA/CIPA litigation.
The Opportunity
Sophisticated counseling work involving privacy, AI, consumer data, product counseling, and emerging technologies
Opportunity for secondments , providing valuable exposure for attorneys who may ultimately be interested in an in-house career
Hybrid work environment
The team is prepared to interview now and can accommodate a reasonable start date following bonus season

Candidate Requirements
4+ years of attorneyexperience with privacy, data protection, technology, AI, product counseling, or related regulatory matters
