As a Private Banking Officer, you will represent a customer-focused, community-driven organization committed to helping clients achieve long-term financial success.
nThe candidate for this position will be responsible for:
nnnDeveloping and managing full-service banking relationships with high-net-worth clients
n
nnCreating detailed client profiles to support personalized service and financial solutions
n
nnIdentifying opportunities to strengthen client retention and deepen banking relationships
n
nnDemonstrating a strong understanding of the bank’s products and services to effectively meet customer needs
n
nnDelivering exceptional customer service through timely, accurate, and professional support
n
nnRecommending banking products and services that enhance the client experience and support financial goals
n
nnBuilding trusted relationships by understanding clients’ financial objectives and recommending tailored solutions
n
nnCollaborating across departments to promote teamwork and ensure seamless customer experiences
n
n nRequirements for the position include:
nnnHigh school diploma or equivalent
n
nnThree to five years of commercial or private banking experience
n
nnProven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
n
nnStrong written and verbal communication skills
n
nnDemonstrated business development and relationship-building abilities
n
nnFlexibility to work extended or non-traditional hours as needed
n
nnAbility to travel within assigned markets
n
n nPreferred qualifications for this position include:
nnnBachelor’s degree in a business-related field
n
nnPrevious banking or financial services experiences
n
