Job description
Shadow Hills Country Club in Eugene, OR is seeking a General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to lead all club operations, oversee resources, and report to the Board and Club President. The GM/COO will manage the executive team, including the Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Managers, Controller, Golf Professional, Golf Course Superintendent and Membership & Marketing Manager, fostering a service culture.
The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of leadership in a contemporary club or hospitality
