Job description
The Mina Group in Portland, OR is seeking a Restaurant Revenue & Experience Manager to maximize topline revenue through private dining, group sales, and on-site activations. You will optimize reservations, forecast group performance, and drive partnerships that elevate visibility and profitability.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, guest experience, marketing, and operations, balancing guest experience with revenue goals.
