Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a caring Private Duty LVN for part-time weekend night shifts providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes. In this role, you will deliver skilled nursing services including assessments, medication administration, treatments, ventilator or trach care as applicable, and detailed documentation. You will collaborate with families and the clinical team to follow individualized care plans, monitor changes in condition, and respond to emergencies.
