Job description
At-Home-Care-of-Kentucky is seeking a skilled home health nurse (LPN or RN) to provide in-home nursing care per the service plan and physician orders. You will teach patients, assist with self-care, and document progress in a timely manner.
Requirements include a valid Kentucky nursing license, CPR, and TB testing (or willingness to obtain). On-call duties and confidentiality are essential, with a supportive team led by the Director of Patient Care Services.
