Make a Difference — One Client at a TimeInterim HealthCare is looking for dependable, compassionate Private Duty In-Home Caregivers to join our team in the Fond du Lac area.Private Duty caregiving gives you the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their own homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Our clients come from all walks of life — veterans, retirees, former teachers, professionals, parents, and grandparents — each with their own stories and experiences.If you're looking for meaningful work with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build genuine relationships with the people you care for, we'd love to meet you.PayStarting pay ranges from approximately $17–$18+ per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific client assignment.Candidates with very limited caregiving experience may start around $17/hour, while experienced caregivers may qualify for higher starting rates.SchedulingWe offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities.Available shifts vary based on client needs and may include:DaysEveningsOvernightsWeekdaysWeekendsShort and extended shiftsActual hours and schedules are determined by current client needs and caregiver availability.Interview InformationIn-person interviews are conducted at our Menasha office location.We understand that traveling to Menasha may not always be convenient for candidates applying to work in the Fond du Lac area. Phone interviews may be available on a case-by-case basis.Additional interview details will be provided to qualified applicants.What You'll DoDepending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include:Companionship and conversationAssistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneMobility, walking, and transfer assistanceMeal preparationLight housekeepingLaundry and linen changesMedication remindersTransportation and errands when required by the assignmentProviding supervision and support to help clients remain safely at homeObserving and reporting changes in a client's conditionWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for caregivers who are:Compassionate and dependableRespectful of clients and their homesGood communicatorsAble to work independentlyReliable and committed to scheduled shiftsComfortable providing hands-on personal care when requiredPrevious caregiving experience is preferred, but candidates with limited experience may also be considered depending on the assignment.Why Interim HealthCare?At Interim HealthCare, we believe quality home care starts with quality caregivers.
