Private Duty In-Home Caregiver – Flexible Schedules!Menasha Area, WIMake a Difference — One Client at a TimeInterim HealthCare is seeking compassionate and reliable Private Duty In-Home Caregivers to serve clients in the Menasha area.Our Private Duty caregivers provide one-on-one support to individuals who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.You may find yourself caring for a veteran, retired teacher, former healthcare professional, parent, or grandparent. Private Duty care gives you the chance to learn their stories, build meaningful relationships, and be part of the reason they're able to continue living at home.PayStarting pay ranges from approximately $17–$18+ per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific client assignment.Applicants with very limited caregiving experience may start around $17/hour, while experienced caregivers may qualify for higher starting rates.Flexible SchedulingWe offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with schedules based on current client needs and caregiver availability.Shifts may include:DaysEveningsOvernightsWeekdaysWeekendsShort and extended shiftsWe understand that flexibility matters, and we'll work to identify available assignments that fit your schedule whenever possible.Caregiver ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities vary depending on the client's care plan and may include:Companionship and conversationBathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care assistanceMobility and transfer assistanceMeal preparationLight housekeepingLaundry and linen changesMedication remindersTransportation or errands when required by the assignmentProviding supervision and support in the client's homeObserving and reporting changes in the client's conditionWhat We're Looking ForSuccessful caregivers are:Compassionate and patientDependable and punctualRespectful and professionalComfortable working independently in clients' homesGood communicatorsWilling to assist with personal care when neededCommitted to providing dependable care to their scheduled clientsPrevious caregiving experience is preferred, but candidates with limited experience may be considered depending on the needs of the assignment.Join Interim HealthCareWe're dedicated to providing high-quality home care while creating flexible opportunities for caregivers who truly want to make a difference.Your work can help someone maintain their independence, dignity, and ability to remain at home.Apply today to learn about current Private Duty opportunities in the Menasha area.
