Job description
BrightStar Care in Savannah, GA is seeking a compassionate Infusion Nurse / IV Therapy RN for private duty home care. The role provides one-on-one nursing in patients’ homes, with flexible scheduling and PRN availability to fit patient needs.
You will monitor, administer medications, manage IV therapy, and support patient safety and independence. Ideal candidates have PICC/port access experience, strong assessment skills, and willingness to travel within Bluffton and Hilton Head Island service
