Job description
BrightStar Care is seeking an Infusion Nurse / IV Therapy Nurse (RN) to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Savannah, Guyton, Pooler, Rincon, and surrounding areas. This PRN/per diem role offers flexible day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts to fit your schedule.
The ideal candidate will manage IV infusions, PICC/port access, wound care, PEG/G-tube feeding, catheter/ostomy care, and comprehensive assessments—traveling within Bluffton and Hilton Head Island
