Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Private Duty Nurse LVN to provide one-on-one adult patient care in the home on weekend day shifts. In this role, you will deliver skilled nursing services including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and condition monitoring, while following individualized care plans. You will collaborate with clinical supervisors, communicate changes in patient status, educate patients and families, and document care accurately.
