Job description
Community Horizons L.L.C. in Green Bay, WI, is helping a family find qualified LPNs or RNs for private duty nursing in the client’s home. The role supports a young man with a supportive mother and aide on site, with shifts listed below.
Responsibilities include tracheotomy care, suctioning, cough assist, bowel program with stim, catheter care, vitals, nebulizer, Hoyer lift, and extensive personal care. Experience with spinal cord injuries is valued. Driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
