n Qualificationsn
n Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practicen
n Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 daysn
n Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.n
n TB skin test (current within last 12 months)n
n Must have reliable transportationn
