nAbout the Role:
nJoin Blessing Hands Home Care LLC as a Private Duty Nurse and make a difference in the lives of our clients in Raytown, MO. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated nursing professionals to provide personalized care in a supportive environment.
nResponsibilities:
nAdminister medications and monitor patient health as per care plans.
nProvide essential nursing care and support to clients in their homes.
nAssist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
nCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
nDocument patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
nEducate clients and families on health management and wellness.
nParticipate in care planning and contribute to team meetings.
nMaintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
nRequirements:
nValid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri.
nPrevious experience in home health care or private duty nursing preferred.
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
nCompassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
nBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
nFlexibility to work various shifts including weekends and PRN.
nReliable transportation and valid driver's license.
