Avail Home Health of Washington State is seeking to hire a part-time or full-time Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . We are pioneers in the home health nursing field , having brought home the first ventilator-dependent child from Children's Orthopedic Hospital (now Seattle Children's) to live with his family in Yakima. nnA DAY IN THE LIFE OF AS A PRIVATE DUTY REGISTERED NURSE (RN) / LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
nnAs a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are the face of Avail Home Health & Senior Care Management! Most of your time is spent providing skilled nursing care one-on-one with them in their homes. Because of you, they are able to be at home with their families, go to school, movies, camp, and more.
nnYour compassionate presence and positive attitude make a big impact on the patient's whole household. You are careful about keeping the charting up-to-date and accurate. You communicate effectively and respectfully with your patient and their family members, collaborating effectively with them and other healthcare providers. You love your job!
nnQUALIFICATIONS FOR A PRIVATE DUTY REGISTERED NURSE (RN) / LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
nnnCurrently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
nCurrent CPR certification
nNew graduates are welcome!

nnPART-TIME AND FULL-TIME FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE
