Job description
Legacy Concierge is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse to deliver 1:1 home care in patients' residences in California. This role emphasizes independent practice with clinical supervision and a focus on preventive, patient-centered care during your shift.
You will perform hands-on nursing tasks, monitor and document vitals, manage medications, assist with ADLs/IADLs, and coordinate with the RN Care Ambassador to ensure continuity of care and timely escalation if clinical concerns
