Our culture is built on: * Aloha – compassionate care * Kuleana – accountability and pride in our work * Treating every patient like ohana Watch our “Now Hiring” TV commercial: Responsibilities * Provide skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes * Complete assessments, care plans, and patient education * Perform wound care, medication management, and coordination of care * Communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team * Document accurately and on time in a Medicare home health environment Requirements * Current Hawaii RN license * 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred) * Strong assessment and documentation skills * Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation * Ability to work independently in the field Apply Today Call (available 24/7)
