Registered Nurse (RN)
Immediate opening! Penn Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a long-term one-on-one private duty case in Brookhaven, PA. Enjoy consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to care for one participant.

Position Highlights
$45.00 per hour
Approximately 56 hours per week

Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home setting
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Perform skilled nursing procedures in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care
Monitor skin integrity and implement pressure injury prevention measures
Assist with positioning, mobility, and participant safety
Observe, assess, and promptly report changes in condition
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, family members, and the interdisciplinary team
Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation
Maintain compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and nursing standards
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current CPR Certification
Reliable transportation
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Home care, rehabilitation, long-term care, or private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required
