Job description
We are partnering with a Boca Raton–based, generalist private equity firm that has deployed over $1.4B in capital across middle-market investments. The firm invests flexible capital across sectors including business services, healthcare, consumer, and industrials , partnering closely with management teams on growth, recapitalizations, and buyouts.
The team is seeking a Private Equity Analyst/Asociate to join their South Florida office.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial modeling and valuation analysis.
Transaction execution and due diligence support.
Industry and company research.
Investment analysis and materials preparation.
Portfolio company monitoring and performance analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1–2 years of investment banking experience.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
Ability to operate in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Additional Requirements:
Must be based in or willing to relocate to South Florida (Boca Raton area).
