Job description
We’re working with a leading private equity firm focused on the consumer sector that is looking to add an Associate to its investment team in Westport, CT.
The firm is seeking candidates with 1–4 years of experience from either investment banking or private equity, with strong financial modeling, analytical, and transaction experience.
The ideal background:
• 1–4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Transaction experience across M&A / LBOs
• Interest in consumer-focused investing
• Strong academic and professional track record
• Ability to work in a collaborative, lean investment team
This is an opportunity to join an established investment platform with direct exposure to senior investment professionals and meaningful involvement across the investment process, from sourcing and diligence through execution and portfolio work.
