The firm has a strong track record across multiple funds and is currently raising its next flagship vehicle.This newly created Investment Research seat works directly with a senior Managing Director. Unlike a traditional deal team associate role, the position is front-end and thesis-driven: identifying and underwriting investment opportunities before they become live transactions.Responsibilities: conduct deep industry and sub-sector research to identify attractive verticals and consolidation opportunities; build and maintain industry maps tracking public and private companies and carve-out candidates; develop preliminary financial models, comparable company analyses, and precedent transaction analyses; synthesize research into investment memos; monitor public companies for potential divestitures; support a Managing Director on strategic projects and diligence workstreams.Ideal for professionals who want to develop genuine investing judgment at a thesis-driven middle-market PE firm.
