Responsibilities
Deal Execution & Due Diligence: Support investment team in evaluating potential acquisitions through financial modeling, industry research, and due diligence processes.
Portfolio Management: Work closely with portfolio company management to monitor performance, develop strategic initiatives, and assist in operational improvements.
Market & Sector Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of target industries to identify new investment opportunities and support thesis development.
Internal Reporting & Presentations: Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal investment committees and external stakeholders.
