A boutique private equity fund is seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee all accounting and finance functions while supporting growth initiatives. The role requires a strong background in accounting and financial reporting, preferably within private equity or investment management. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, forecasting cash flow, and maintaining internal controls. This is a full-time position located in New York City with a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $225,000.
