Clifford Chance in Houston seeks a Private Equity associate attorney in our PCT & A group. We advise leading private equity houses and funds across the investment lifecycle, including M&A, financings, restructurings, and exits, with a global network.
The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience and admission to the Texas Bar. Submissions must include a resume, law school transcripts, and a deal sheet. Salary ranges from $310,000 to $390,000 and will be commensurate with qualifications.
