Job description
McDermott Will & Schulte in New York seeks an associate with 3–6 years of fund formation experience at a law firm to join its Corporate Advisory/Fund Formation practice. The role involves structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds, and advising sponsors on legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
Candidates must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to the New York bar.
