Job description
Winston Taylor is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience in private equity fund formation to join its office in Chicago, Charlotte, or New York. The ideal candidate will assist fund sponsors with fund formation, negotiate fund documentation, and have knowledge of relevant securities regulations.
This role involves reviewing fund documentation on behalf of institutional investors and structuring governing documents for fund management companies. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar in their office location.
