Job description
Reed Smith LLP in Chicago is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join the Global Corporate Group.
Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience representing private equity funds, institutional investors, family offices, alternative asset managers, and their portfolio companies in leveraged buy-outs, add-on acquisitions, divestitures, growth investments, strategic joint ventures, and general corporate portfolio company matters.
