Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions practice in the US seeks a Senior Manager for M&A Strategy & Diligence focused on Private Equity. Lead fast-paced diligences from thesis to close, turning complex data into actionable insights and driving value creation through synergies and integration readiness.
You will manage client relationships, guide deal teams, and shape proposals and pricing strategies while mentoring junior staff.
