Job OverviewA law firm seeks a highly qualified associate with 4-5 years of experience to join their Private Equity Group in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity, venture capital transactions, and equity compensation.
Duties
Work collaboratively in teams and manage transaction components independently.
Engage in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
Maintain and manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively.
Requirements
Outstanding academic credentials.
Comparable law firm experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
Submission of a deal sheet.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
Skills
Strong business sense and proactive approach.
Stellar communication skills.
Ability to manage relationships effectively.
