Job description
We are partnering with a Boca Raton–based, generalist private equity firm focused on flexible middle-market investments. The firm partners with management teams across sectors including business services, healthcare, consumer, and industrials , supporting growth initiatives, recapitalizations, and buyouts.
The team is seeking a Private Equity Senior Associate to join their South Florida office.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
Drive transaction execution and due diligence processes
Evaluate new investment opportunities across sectors
Prepare investment committee materials
Work closely with senior investment professionals
Support portfolio company analysis and strategic initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
~2 years of investment banking experience
~2 years of private equity experience
Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
Ability to operate in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Additional Requirements:
Must be based in or willing to relocate to South Florida (Boca Raton area)
