Housekeeper PositionEenhoorn, LLC is a thriving, privately-owned real estate investment and management company headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI, and with numerous apartment communities located throughout the country. Our team of approximately 200 employees help to provide quality housing for those who need a great place to call home. Our mission is to continue to acquire, transform and manage properties throughout the US and in Europe. We have an immediate opening for a reliable, trustworthy and detail-oriented Housekeeper for our owner's homes, located in Saugatuck, Michigan & Ada, Michigan. This is a Part-Time position with an eventual opportunity to turn Full-Time. Working hours will be between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday, through Friday. We will remain flexible for the hired candidate.What You Will Be Doing:General cleaning and upkeep of the home to include kitchen, bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms.Ability to perform grocery shopping as needed.May be asked to make other errands as needed during the work shift.Dusting and polishing furniture and fixturesCleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, counter tops, and sinksMaintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen areaMaking beds and changing linensWashing windowsVacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugsSweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floorsSorting, washing, loading, unloading and folding laundryIroning clothing itemsUsing any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning toolsKeeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other suppliesCleaning mirrors and other glass surfacesEmptying trash receptacles and disposing of wasteSteaming and cleaning draperiesWashing blindsTidying up roomsMonitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as neededReporting any necessary repairs or replacementsPerform other job duties & tasks as requested by home owners.Qualified Candidates Require:Outstanding customer service and communication skillsExceptional organization/multi-tasking skillsGood attitude and work ethicsStrong ethics and moral compassValid driver's license for transportation between homes and for running errands, as needed.Physical Demands:Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistanceReach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stoopingStand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.Education Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience in the housekeeping or related area preferredIf you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this position, we would love to hear from you!
