Respond professionally and effectively to in-flight emergencies or unexpected operational issues.

Ensure all flights comply with applicable FAA regulations, safety procedures, and aircraft operating requirements.

Maintain accurate flight logs, maintenance records, expense documentation, and other required records.

Coordinate with airports, fixed-base operators, maintenance providers, and other aviation professionals.

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, readiness, and overall presentation of the aircraft.

Provide professional and discreet service to the owner and passengers.

Remain available for on-call travel and schedule changes, including occasional nights, weekends, holidays, and extended trips.

Assist with other aviation, travel, or owner-support responsibilities as mutually agreed upon.

Proper qualifications and demonstrated competency to operate a Malibu Meridian or comparable turbine aircraft.

Prior experience operating a Malibu Meridian, Piper Meridian, or similar aircraft is strongly preferred.

Excellent aircraft-handling, navigation, and flight-planning skills.

Ability to safely operate in varying weather and airport conditions.

Strong understanding of FAA regulations, aviation safety standards, and emergency procedures.

Sound judgment and the ability to analyze complex situations and make timely decisions.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance and mechanical systems is highly preferred.

Ability and willingness to travel extensively with the owner.

Flexible availability and willingness to accommodate an on-call schedule.
