nJob Description:

nAt Regions, the Private Wealth Management Advisor develops and maintains a portfolio of client relationships within the defined affluent and high net worth market segments utilizing unbiased, consultative advisory approaches and sound personal financial planning and financial advisory concepts.

nPrimary Responsibilities

nnnCollaborates with internal business partners to provide a broad range of wealth products and services including financial planning, asset management, personal trust and estate planning, insurance and risk management services, consumer and mortgage credit, and general banking services

n

nnServes as a focused partner, working closely with internal partners to identify relationship growth and asset retention opportunities

n

nnAcquires more complex client relationships and expands services to existing clients to meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals consistently

n

nnProvides guidance and solutions for the development and on-going maintenance of more complex client needs using technical expertise

n

nnPerforms perpetual discovery, assessing a client's financial situation to retain and grow the client relationship, conducts and manages all pre-call and post-call meetings for every call

n

nnManages multiple tasks and helps the team reach deadlines, including proper Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines, call reporting, book of business management and maintenance, and manages all elements of risk and compliance needs for the book of business, and utilizing all the tools are resources available to continuously enhance their skill set and improve their performance

nnActs as a resource to associates with less experience

n

n nThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

nThis position is incentive eligible.

nThis position requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). Please refer to for more information.

nRequirements

nnnBachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field

n

nnEight (8) years of financial services industry experience in commercial banking, consumer banking, trust investment, wealth management, or related

n

n nSkills and Competencies

nnnAbility to independently manage the largest client relationships

n

nnAdvanced relationship management, business development and presentation skills

n

nnAdvanced sales, negotiation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

n

nnAnticipates client needs and is proactively provides solutions

n

nnExcellent verbal and written communication skills

n

nnPossess effective and proven sales experience

n

nnStrong initiative to be proactive and follow through on client requests

n

n nThis position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

nCompensation Details

nPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

nThe target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

n$192,370.50 USD

nIncentive Pay Plans:

nThis role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees have the potential to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
