Job description
Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant and fixed‑prosthesis center, is looking for a skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team at our new office in Glastonbury / Hartford, CT. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. Our top priority is the satisfaction and well‑being of our patients. Hourly rate: $400 (we are nationwide, the rates are negotiated based on location, market, etc.)

Education/Experience/Licensure
Board Certified in Anesthesia
Current state medical license
Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.
Experience with dental anesthesia is helpful
Duties
Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based setting
Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans
Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks
Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events
Stay up to date with evident based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment
Success in this position is defined by delivering safe, consistent anesthesia to every single patient. Effective communication, with all parties involved, is crucial for the success of our Centers.
