PRN Caregiver OpportunityHomewatch CareGivers of Austin is hiring PRN Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Personal Care Providers at $20.00 per hour to cover open shifts and one-time needs. We call or text you when a shift opens, and you let us know if you're available.Where You'd Work: Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Lakeway, West Lake HillsWhat You Get$20.00 per hour on every shiftShift offers across days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysFree training through our Caregiver University, including specialized trainingIn-person support and check-ins from your care coordinatorReferral bonuses, monthly recognition, and birthday recognitionWhat You'll DoProvide companionship and keep clients safe at homeAssist with personal care and daily living activities, following the care planHelp with laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparationDrive clients to appointments, errands, and shopping, when neededReport changes in a client's condition to the care teamComplete 12 hours of annual training through Caregiver UniversityWhat We're Looking ForThree or more years of caregiving experience in home care or a skilled facilityComfortable walking into a new home and getting up to speed quicklyResponsive to shift requests by call or textReliable transportation to and from shiftsAbility to pass a background checkCompassionate, reliable, and comfortable working independentlyCNA, HHA, or PCP certification preferredValid driver's license a plusBilingual in English and Spanish a plusReady to make a difference?
