Job description
PRN Caregiver PositionThis position is ideal for someone who would like to remain on our caregiver roster and pick up shifts when additional coverage is needed. PRN caregivers help cover call-outs, schedule changes, new client starts, and other short-notice or temporary care needs. There are no guaranteed or regularly scheduled hours, and you are not required to commit to a set weekly schedule. When shifts become available, you can accept the opportunities that work with your availability.Responsibilities may include:Companionship and meaningful engagementPersonal care and hygiene assistanceMeal preparation and light housekeepingMedication remindersMobility and transfer assistanceTransportation or errands, when applicableRespite and safety supervisionFollowing each client's individualized care planWe're looking for caregivers who are reliable, communicative, compassionate, and comfortable with a flexible, as-needed role. Availability for evenings, weekends, overnights, or short-notice coverage is especially valuable. Please note: This is a PRN position paying $22 per hour. Scheduled hours are not guaranteed, and the number of available shifts will vary based on client needs.
