Rooted in Western Colorado, our team is proud to provide exceptional care in a supportive, close-knit community where respect and compassion come first.Shift Details: This is an as-needed shift (PRN)What You’ll Do As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our long-term care environment, you’ll be an essential part of our patient care team, helping residents with daily living activities and supporting our nursing staff. Key responsibilities include:Assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, and other personal care tasksSupporting implementation of care plans and resident programsCoordinating with nurses and departments to ensure seamless careDocumenting patient information and reporting to supervisorsResponding to patient needs and providing compassionate serviceWho We’re Looking ForActive Colorado CNA licenseCurrent BLS certification (American Heart Association)High school diploma or equivalent preferredAt least 2 years of CNA experience preferredMust be 18 years of age or olderWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $19.50 - $30.19/hour (based on experience)Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekendsPRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salaryPerks: Flexible scheduling, employee assistance program, access to outdoor recreation, and more!Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.Position is open until filled unless posted otherwise.Why Join Grand River Health?
