Job description
CHI/CommonSpirit Health seeks a PRN Pharmacist to support the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program. You will help physicians and nurses safely prescribe and dispense medications to patients recovering from illness or injury.
You will review prescriptions for interactions, dosing, allergies, and other concerns, verify orders in the system, and communicate drug information to patients and health professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
