Job description
AdventHealth Calhoun, GA is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a PRN Day shift. You will educate patients and families on safe medication use, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and ensure efficient pharmacotherapy across central and satellite units.
Responsibilities include supervising technicians, documenting interventions, and monitoring for drug safety events while optimizing care transitions. A PharmD or equivalent and Georgia license are required; hospital experience is preferred.
