PRN Caregiver – Santa Fe, NMAlways Best Care Senior Services – ABQ/RIO is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced PRN Caregivers to provide high-quality care to seniors in Santa Fe, New Mexico.Pay: $25.00 per hourThis is a PRN (as-needed) position designed for caregivers who want to earn an excellent hourly rate while maintaining flexibility in their schedules. We are looking for reliable professionals who are passionate about helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent.What You'll DoDepending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include:Providing companionship and meaningful social interactionAssisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingMobility and transfer assistanceMeal preparation and light housekeepingMedication remindersTransportation and errands, when requiredObserving and reporting changes in a client's conditionProviding dependable, compassionate support to clients and their familiesWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking caregivers who:Have a genuine passion for caring for seniorsAre dependable, professional, and compassionateCan accept PRN or as-needed assignments in the Santa Fe areaHave reliable transportationHave an active CNA licenseMaintain a valid driver's license and active auto insuranceCan successfully complete required background screeningCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and the care teamUnderstand that reliability is essential when a senior is depending on youPrevious caregiving, home care, CNA, HHA, PCA, assisted living, or related healthcare experience is strongly preferred.Why Join Always Best Care?At Always Best Care, caregiving is more than a job.
