n nPOSITION SUMMARY:
nnEducate patients and caregivers on proper techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injuries
nMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
nCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care
nProvide home health and/or outpatient services as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
n nQualifications:
n* COTA degree from an accredited programn* A Florida state COTA license and current CPR/AED certificationn* ** _Home Health Experience preferred_**n* ** _One-year experience in an outpatient setting preferred_**n* Ability to work independently and as part of a teamn* Strong verbal and written communication skillsn* Possess solid problem-solving skills and critical thinking skillsn* Ability to work with a diverse patient population
