Responsive Recruiter PRN Direct Support Professional (DSP)We are looking for dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our PRN staffing team. Why Work PRN With Us?$18.50–$19.00 per hourFlexible PRN schedulingNo fixed weekly schedulePick up available shifts based on your availability and staffing needsDay, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be availableOpportunity to pick up additional hoursWork as little or as much as available shifts allowSupport individuals in a residential/group home settingGreat opportunity for current DSPs, caregivers, students, retirees, and individuals looking for additional incomeResponsibilities may include:Providing direct support, supervision, and companionship to residentsAssisting individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs)Supporting personal care and daily routines as requiredProviding medication assistance or administration as permitted by applicable regulations, company policy, and completed trainingPreparing meals and snacksAssisting with household and daily living activitiesSupporting transportation and community-based activitiesPromoting independence, dignity, safety, and choiceMonitoring residents and maintaining a safe and supportive environmentCompleting required daily documentation, progress notes, and other records accuratelyCommunicating appropriately with supervisors, coworkers, families, and other members of the care teamFollowing individual service plans (ISPs), agency policies, procedures, and safety requirementsReporting changes in behavior, health, safety, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisorWhat We Look For: We are looking for team members who are reliable, compassionate, respectful, patient, and committed to providing quality support to the individuals we serve.
